2.3 Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

2.4 All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

2.5 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if pricing or product errors occur.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Placing an order on our platform constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

3.2 Payment must be completed before order processing begins.

3.3 We accept the following payment methods:

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Bank Transfer
Credit/Debit Card (if applicable)
Online Payment Gateways

3.4 For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made in full upon delivery of the product.

3.5 All payments are processed securely. We do not store your payment information.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 We ship across Pakistan. Delivery times vary based on location:

Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 1-2 business days
Other cities: 2-4 business days

4.2 Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.

4.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, public holidays, or force majeure events.

4.4 The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

4.5 Once an order is shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number (if available) via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

5. Return and Refund Policy

5.2 Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the return is approved.

5.3 Opened, used, or damaged products (unless defective upon arrival) are not eligible for return or refund.

5.4 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.

6.1 All fragrances sold by The Goat Fragrance are inspired by luxury brands but are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or manufactured by the original designer brands.

6.2 Our products are crafted using premium fragrance oils imported from the UAE and are formulated with 40% oil concentration for long-lasting wear.

6.3 We do not claim that our products are identical to the original designer fragrances. They are inspired interpretations created with high-quality ingredients.

6.4 Fragrance longevity and projection may vary based on skin type, weather conditions, and application method.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 The Goat Fragrance is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin irritations, or adverse effects caused by the use of our products. Please review the ingredient list before use.

7.2 If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, we recommend performing a patch test before full application.

7.3 We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

7.4 Our total liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
