We currently ship to all major cities and regions across Pakistan, including but not limited to:

Note: Remote or hard-to-reach areas may experience longer delivery times. Please contact us if you're unsure whether we deliver to your location.
2. Processing Time
⏱️ Order Processing: 1-2 business days
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will process and pack your order within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
3. Delivery Time
📦 Estimated Delivery Times:
- Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 1-2 business days
- Other Cities and Towns: 2-4 business days
- Remote Areas: 2-4 business days

4. Shipping Charges

6. Order Tracking

7. Delivery Address

Address Changes:
Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Please double-check your details before confirming your order.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to:

The courier will attempt delivery 2-3 times. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us, and you will be responsible for:

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your product arrives damaged, please:
- Do not accept the delivery if the package appears visibly damaged.

- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
🚨 Lost Packages:
If your order is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it:
- Check with family members, neighbors, or building security.

- If unresolved, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date, and we will investigate.
Note: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier service.
10. Cash on Delivery (COD)

11. International Shipping
