14-Day Return Guarantee

At The Goat Fragrance, we stand behind the quality of our products. We want you to love your fragrance but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

Unopened & Unused – The bottle must be sealed and in its original packaging
Within 14 Days – Return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order
Original Condition – Product must be in the same condition as received, with no signs of use or tampering
Proof of Purchase – Original invoice or order confirmation required


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of fragrances, we cannot accept returns for:

❌ Opened or used bottles
❌ Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
❌ Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales (unless otherwise stated)
❌ Products without original packaging or tags


How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide Order Details

    including:

    Order number.

    Reason for return.

    Photo of the sealed product (if applicable).

  3. Return Shipping:

    Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective
    or damaged upon arrival.

    We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

  4. Inspection & Refund:

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

    If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your fragrance for a different variant, please contact us within 14 days. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the same eligibility conditions as returns.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

✅ Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
✅ We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost
✅ No need to return the damaged product we'll handle it


Refund Processing Time

  • Bank Transfer/Online Payment: 7-10 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: Refund via bank transfer (account details required)
